Bump minor version for new release

Bump the minor version so that we can make a new release of the plugin.

Create empty tmp/ folder

This will add an empty tmp/ folder which is used to store a temporary
capture file with a new name. Once the capture is uploaded it will use
the user specified name. Fixes #3
