Feature Wish: Control formatting of the header

Hi,

in addition to #338, a possibility to format the header would be great. E.g. one might not want a heading, but a list point instead. I.e. instead of a inclusion of the type

{{namespace>:meeting_minutes:2024#topic_a&nofooter&header&indent}}

instead of

---

Meeting Minutes 2025-01-10

blablabla

Meeting Minutes 2025-01-17

blablabla (2)

---

One might want to see

---

• Meeting Minutes 2025-01-10: blablabla
• Meeting Minutes 2025-01-17: blablabla (2)

---

as outcome of the include. The formatting should also offer the possibility to print the header in the same paragraph as the content.
