--debug=crashes should not debug FAILED AS EXPECTED

Referring to the screenshot, I wouldn't expect --debug crashes to debug the test that was marked as EXPECTED TO FAIL but rather the one that was marked as CRASHED.

This is low priority because one can easily just run the specific test.
