Display warning with changed/conflicting settings when Rprog is enabled

If the user enables Rprog display a warning dialog for the following items if they are applicable/changed:

• Changed OVP settings (see OVP changes in RProg mode #150)
• If trigger is not fixed, but step or list: Warn user list and step voltages are still set but ignored. Current is still enforced.

This for the current DCP405.

If a new version of the DCP405 gets eez-open/modular-psu#94 implemented the checks and warnings should also be changed.

We can also inform user that trigger will be set to Fixed (if it is set to List or Step).
