Completely interactive flow

esp-generate should have an interactive flow to select the chip and name the project, so that the tool can be started without specifying any arguments

Unrelated but just came to my mind after seeing this: We could explore to compile to WASM and provide something like https://start.spring.io/ then - obviously not all of the functionality we have is possible in the browser (especially checking the installed tooling won't be possible)
