The underlying issue was a bug on Etsy's side: #1452 But the feature requests stand. I'd also like a real way to reach technical support. I have never received a reply from developers@ or developer@ (both are listed as valid email addresses in the Etsy docs). I always have to go through Etsy seller support via the site, and the first round-trip is always slow, generic, and unhelpful. |

My application has grown in usage and I have exceeded my rate limit. What is the best way to request an upgrade? This is urgently blocking my users. I've tried creating a support ticket and emailing developers@.
Related feature request: it would be very helpful to be able to monitor usage, receive an alert when we've reached a certain threshold, and most importantly opt-in to dynamic increases based on growing usage.
