Add Tests for xmlrpc #2
Description
Currently there are no tests for @foxglove/xmlrpc. It would be useful to have tests:
- validate protocol compliance
- protect against future breakages
- reassure the project can easily be used as a replacement for
xmlrpc - they can provide a stand-in for documentation in the short-term
