Use Cases
This would help distinguish what instance you are looking at on the home feed. It also might also be nice to be able to choose if you want the default icon or the one specified in this peer-tube plugin "peertube-plugin-simplelogo"
This plugin allows you to configure an alternative logo and favicon for your peertube instance.

I've noticed there are quite a few instances with this plug-in enabled. I'm just giving you a few examples to start with. Let me know if you would like more.
Proposal
If possible, add support for changing the icon for the plugin using this add-on for PeerTube as well as the icon that is displayed on videos and anywhere else relevant for a specific PeerTube instance plugin.
