[Audit Log] Ability to skip to certain dates or pages in the audit log

Problem Statement

Right now Sentry's Audit Log only offers linear scanning one page at a time (starting with the most recent entries, you can click to go to the next page/previous page). A user of ours requested a feature for them to either jump to the entries for a specific date, or alternatively, jump to a specific page of the audit log.

Some sort of time or date range filter for the audit log?
