Updating rate limit field did not save new values unless tabbing out of field, or adjusting time period slider

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to project settings > Client Keys > Details for a project
2. Change the Rate Limit event value
3. Click outside of the field
4. Observe that no UI pops up stating field was saved
5. Refresh the page and observe field contents reset to previous value

Expected Result

Clicking outside of the field will save the updated contents (or just entering a value and then waiting a few seconds)

Actual Result

The field's contents are only saved if you either tab away from the field after updating it, or if you click and move the time period slider
