The original version of the screenshot would show the screenshot over the whole screen.

On the latest version, a desktop screenshot is ineligible because it's too small:

You're thinking of mobile screenshots that are a different aspect ratio so they appear larger within the max width. Can take a look at allowing wider modals without blowing mobile images into something massive.
