Clicking on text in commit / PR description box should place cursor in text at that point

Describe the issue

Clicking in the PR / commit description box should place the cursor at the nearest point in that text to the cursor's position (or at the end of the line if beyond the end of that current line).

Currently, clicking on any text in that box causes the cursor to skip to the start of the description box, regardless of where you click. That also affects selecting text in the description box, with it preventing selections unless you Ctrl-C whilst still holding down the mouse button in the selection.

I'm really hoping this is not something weird re. my setup, fwiw other input boxes on all other services work as expected.

How to reproduce (Optional)

1. Create a commit
2. Add a commit message title
3. Add a commit message description
4. Try to select the text in the description box.

Expected behavior (Optional)

Should select / put the cursor in the text at that point.

I cannot reproduce this though, using the latest Nightly.

Could you try the latest version, 0.16.8 or the nightly and try again?
