[Bug]: resizing app on iPadOS 26 causes closed BottomSheet to be exposed

What happened?

In iPadOS 26, a closed BottomSheet can become exposed when an app window is resized.

Reproduction steps

• open app in iPadOS 26
• Have a BottomSheet that's closed (index = -1).
• Resize app to make its height bigger

I don't think that will ever happen to you on an iPad since the bottom sheet takes the height of the screen to move towards the bottom.
In this case, when the bottom sheet is closed, it has already moved to the bottom of the screen size and then when resizing it, it can be seen again because you are changing the screen size manually. But in a real case your iPad will not be changing the size of the screen and glass, therefore, that bug will not happen.

There’s also an iOS 26 compatibility issue. The keyboard in iOS 26 is semi-transparent, and when the bottom sheet modal shrinks to make room for the keyboard, the area visible through the semi-transparent keyboard turns completely black instead of showing the modal’s content.

My issue was automatically closed by the bot, so I’m posting it here. Since it’s very easy to reproduce, I don’t want to spend time creating a separate reproduction repo.
