Add support for Kubernetes-style Grafana APIs

I just updated to Grafana 12 and attempted to use the new layouts. Upon exporting the dashboard and adding it to the grafana-operator resources only an empty dashboard is provisioned.

Tested this in Grafana v12.0.0+security-01 (6475e5a4a4) - Empty dashboard
Tested this in Grafana v11.6.1 (ae23ead4d9) - Empty dashboard (didn't expect it to work at all, but just checked to see the API behavior)

According to the documentation in v12 this would be the correct api:

Should there be different resources for v12?

I see you're talking about dynamic dashboards.

This is an experimental feature and requires the new APIs. We don't currently aim to support experimental features but will support the new APIs in the future once it has become stable.

You are right, hence I didn't tag this as a bug, as an enhancement.
The documentation AFAIK no longer shows the old API, so I assume the move should/will be done regardless.

The support for dynamic dashboards was just the trigger and an added benefit if it works.
