Drone is Not moving

Hello,

Thanks for the wonderful repository. I tried to replicate as per the instruction given , I could able to launch the file but after Gazebo window pops-up , drone was not arming and moving.

ROS-Melodic
Ubuntu 18.04

I have attached the screen shot.

Am I Missing something?
