Highlight all similar tasks in topology section

Semetimes we want to see where the service is running. It would be nice if Nomad could highlight the similar service on other host when

(1) user hover some service
(2) inputs this service name explicitly (like filter)

To improve it more Nomad could display the current Job tag for the service.

Use-cases

This allows better to understand the deployment process.
