demo.accesslocator.com and www.accesslocator.com improvements

This issue is mainly for myself and keeping my work more visible to the team.

For demo.accesslocator.com, we want a partial release of recent changes which include:

• The terms of use document(Complete Terms of Use document #742). This could help us with Fix facebook security warning #744.
• A fix to a race condition in location search. The fix is in commit(85af8ad). Some script tags were in an order that made it possible for an unlucky visitor to get a JavaScript error when the marker clusters could be used before the corresponding script is loaded.

For www.accesslocator.com:

• We want the same content shown as accesslocator.com. Stephanos requested this. For now, www.accesslocator.com shows the same content as app.accesslocator.com.

Also, we want app.accesslocator.com to include everything that was merged recently. app.accesslocator.com hasn't seen a new release in the last few weeks.
