Huawei slowdowns. Webview problem #28525

- I have updated to the latest available Home Assistant version.
- I have cleared the cache of my browser.
- I have tried a different browser to see if it is related to my browser.
- I have tried reproducing the issue in safe mode to rule out problems with unsupported custom resources.
Describe the issue you are experiencing
When I open Settings/Integrations or Settings/Automation, suddenly everything hangs up for a few seconds. After that everything working again.
This happens in Homeassistant companion app and Huawei Browser.
Describe the behavior you expected
Everything working as expected, if I using Chrome based browser.

It happens at least on three Huawei phones, that I have in my family - Pura 70 Pro Emui 14.2, Mate x6 Emui 15 and Mate XT Emui 14.2
As far I can get its related to Huawei Webview, since that in Chrome based browser everything working perfectly. The problem is that Huawei won't let you change Webview provider, like I can do on other phone brands.
