Problem with Installing Latest Cyberduck update

Upon installing the latest update of Cyberduck, my virus protection software blocks a file called

C:\Program Files\Cyberduck\ikvm\win-x64\bin\sunec.dll

The Cyberduck software seems to load OK but every time start Cyberduck now I get a warning saying:

"C:\Program Files\Cyberduck\ikvm\win-x64\bin\sunec.dll is either not designated to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0x0000906"

Should I allow my virus protection software to "restore" the "sunec.dll" file?

Do you remember which version you had installed prior to the latest version?

Ans: No, but I'm guessing that it was the most recent previous update version, as I have accessed Cyberduck at least once in each of September and October.

For the time being, you can revert to 9.2.4.
We've updated a dependency early october, but there hasn't been anyone with issues with it until now.
