checkout command missed before `Prepare environment` instruction

after mkdir, the harmonyos folder is empty, so it should place in next step.
also the sh command should be sh ../scripts/prepare.sh if harmonyos is created under arkdecompiler folder.

I think you can use the Dockerfile in the repo to build this tools,but it seems not working too
