Dependencies missing / pip installation broken #8
Description
The dependency to docutils (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/docutils) is missing. It must be installed manually. This should be done by marking the it as dependency.
Furthermore, #6 marks that the pip installation procedure misses creating a binary/softlink to the executable script.
