Add support for roadrunner watcher - hot watch to update files

As i have experienced using road runner, the docs are light on how to refresh files with roadrunner. So what i am proposing is implement a hot watcher just as you would get with npm run dev.

Can you provide more details about the changes you would like to make? What's can be improved from the current --watch option of the worker?
