I've been a consistent user for over six months now and have successfully reached the Gold Tier with 44 confirmed referrals, which I understand should grant 15 free monthly credits. However, I have not yet received any referral credits in my account balance over this entire period.

Could you please clarify two things for me?

Is there a prerequisite, such as an active paid membership or subscription, that is required to begin receiving or activating these monthly referral credits?

If no paid membership is required, could you please investigate my account history to determine why these monthly credits have not been applied for the past six months?
