General questions about jay

I have some questions regarding jay before I get started:

1. Is there a doc page or something?
2. I wanted to know what the difference between penrose and jay is, as in which one would be easier to configure, which one gives me more power etc?
3. Does jay include a taskbar?

Penrose is not a wayland compositor. There is no point in comparing them.

@mahkoh Yes I know but penrose is attempting to add wayland support that is why I wanted to compare the two.
