Responses API Support

I've been wanting to integrate the Codex family of models into our pull request reviewer and log analyzers via Azure Open AI.
I see that only Chat Completions are supported in GenAIScript at the moment though.
This is a vote for Responses API support.
For now gpt-5.2 with Chat Completions is still great!

The response api migration is a big lift, it's unclear at this stage if it will make it in.
