loadForTVs() function causing error in console

Summary

When loading a resource, with rich text enabled and TinyMCE RTE selected as the RTE, an error is shown in the console:
this.addEvents is not a function

Step to reproduce

Open browser console and load a resource with Tiny enabled

Environment

MODX version, apache/nginx and version, mysql version, browser, etc. Any relevant information.
