Shadow around address bar is cut off at the top and bottom

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a new tab and tap the address bar.
2. Observe the shadow styling around the address bar.

Expected Result:
The shadow should be evenly distributed around all four sides of the address bar.

Actual Result:
The shadow is cut off at the top and bottom, while still visible on the left and right sides.
