The //graph pane full-screen/SVG icons not showing, full-screen not working

As the title says, the clickable icons in the upper-right corner of the //graph pane are not displaying and the full-screen feature does not work. See the attached screenshot for more info.

Additional context: this behavior is observed when the Graphgist is rendered via the old GG submission/rendering portals (like gist.neo4j.org). When using the new portal, the full-screen and download SVG icons correctly display. HOWEVER under iOS using Chrome browser, the pane would not zoom to full-screen even though the new portal renders the icons. Have not checked this on the desktop browsers.
