Pause script upon error (new Administrator window currently disappears)

I'm (trying to run) the script, but its newly created window disappears without me being able to read what it says.

Please pause on errors as well as successful completion.

This occurs when not initially running PowerShell as Administrator.

The workaround is to run PowerShell and there for the script as Administrator, so it doesn't spawn an Administrator new window.

We can't add pause every operations. Users will complains about this.
Execution will take too much time.

This is not really a workaround. We write it in the instructions section of the readme. But you bring something interesting.

The error is an UnauthorizedAccess due to execution policies set to RemoteSigned.
It's induced by the restart method that not pass the ExecutionPolicy argument to the new process.

I'll do the PR in a few minutes to patch that oversight.
