App crashes on macOS with Qt6 after clicking inside EditorSettings, doing a search, and clearing the search field

To reproduce the crash on macOS with Qt6+:

1. Open EditorSettings
2. Click inside of it
3. Do a search
4. Clear the search
5. App crashes...

The app does NOT crash if after clicking inside EditorSettings the user clicks somewhere else, say QTextEdit.
