On my side, I do not maintain the Winget or Chocolatey releases. I only manage releases on GitHub and in the stores (Snapcraft, Flathub, Microsoft Store, and the macOS App Store).

The Winget and Chocolatey packages are maintained by the community. You should be able to submit a pull request to the winget-pkgs repository. For example, I found the latest OpenComic update here:
microsoft/winget-pkgs#225197

At the moment, I do not plan to manage updates for package managers beyond those I already maintain in the official stores.
