Use ScProvider doesn't work

Issue Description

Use substrate connect with ScProvider with instruction from that readme file doesn't work. Provider still disconnected after run provider.connect().

Substrate connect needs to be updated in PJS: https://github.com/polkadot-js/api/blob/master/packages/rpc-provider/package.json#L38. We will work on this
