How can Dapps get custom endpoint URL from Polkadotjs ?

How can my Dapp get that URL from Polkadotjs ?

@shawntabrizi Our Substrate team is building a new blockchain and a Dapp with a custom endpoint URL.
The Dapp does not know that URL, so we need the Dapp to get that URL from PolkadotJS wallet. Thanks
