Cannot grant location service permission using notification

I installed Geobug via: flatpak install flathub page.codeberg.tpikonen.geobug.
When I tried to run it, this message came up:

Clicking on that notification actually grants the permission. I'd argue that this is not properly user friendly, because the behavior is not clear. It would be nice having buttons like gnome does where you can either decline or accept it but I am not sure if this is the better way.
