Visual bug when opening second Firefox instance #1787
Description
If I have Firefox maximized in one desktop, then open another instance of Firefox in another desktop, the new instance will start maximized for a second, then almost instantly tile according to the border preferences. Gnome's auto maximize is off, so is Just Perfection's.
