Measurement -- would be nice if key was autogenerated and unique

Currently, the _shim measurement gate works great!... except, if you have multiple, the keys are all the same ('') so they will take multiple moments in a circuit (when, in reality, they likely can all be performed simultaneously).

Would be nice if the key can be manually or automatically specified.

Here's some code I drafted, but not sure if it's up to spec: (it allows you to add a name and automatically ensures that names do not overlap)
