Enhancement: Github projects beta support

Allow configuring gh-project to point existing commands to projects (beta) and support other new routes from the beta's docs

@rethab I'll go ahead and work on this when I have time, just wanted to lay it out here

• Finding information about projects

• Finding the node ID of a project
• Finding the node ID of a field
• Finding information about items in a project

• Updating projects

• Adding an item to a project
• Updating a custom, non-single select field
• Updating a single-select field
• Deleting an item from a project

Hey @spigelli , awesome that you want to contribute. I see there are quite some things, would you mind splitting the work into multiple tasks that can be worked on separately? I can imagine that someone else might see the new API rather soon and would like to implement certain aspects on their own.

(Unless of course you plan to implement the entire thing in a couple of days 😉 )
