Change notification emails for 3rd party payments #321
Description
Whens someone enters payment on behalf of someone else, the notification and email should reflect the 3rd party status of the payer. E.g., Sally adds a check payment for another person, the notification should be that Sally added a payment "on behalf of" john doe, or sally "processed a payment for" john doe.
