Duplicate emails #322
Description
CORE seems to be creating duplicates sometimes. They have the same email uuid but substantially different times (>30sec) making me think they may not be from the same request? Maybe the redirect does it, or page reloads do it?
- Check to make sure everything is being done with post
- There's another bug somewhere about disabling submit buttons after clicking, that may be necessary as well
