Create a compatibility table that shows which table types (local and database) work with which validation functions 

Given the large amount of data sources that **pointblank** supports, it would be useful to have a table that compares which validation functions are verified to work across the different sources. It's also important to ensure that this table is updated consistently and that it's based on frequently running tests across the different backends.
