Connection modal should suggest updating Scratch Link

Currently, the connection modal says:

Make sure you have Scratch Link installed and running

However, on older versions on Scratch it may not work even if it's running, and in such cases updating Scratch Link is required. Maybe Make sure you have the latest version of Scratch Link installed and running?

We tried balance pacing help / troubleshooting content — as many things can possibly go wrong at various stages in the connection flow — and keeping the messaging as concise and understandable as to not add additional complexity if its not needed.

Right now, we do not have a good enough sense of if this issue (of not having the latest version of Scratch Link) is a very common problem — so much so that it's worth calling out in this step and adding this language.

Reopening issue based on further discussion with @kchadha @ericrosenbaum @cwillisf — who shared that there was an update earlier this year in July that would make all previous versions of Scratch Link no longer work with Scratch. Thus making the issue of not having the "latest version" of Scratch Link a common issue.
