Investigate hanging CI on a few Ledger tests #1637

While adding support for ETH signer, we bumped into an issue where CI keeps hanging (e.g. run here). Tests which caused this weird phenomenon are currently skipped. You can replicate mentioned problem by restoring them.
This problem can be potentially caused by Ledger emulator which waits to be clicked. However, this is really strange, because there is a JSON file with automation rules which should automatically process the buttons.
Investigate it.
