feature request: QR-Code as link to video after pdf-export

I was trying to implement videos in a page and export it afterwards as PDF using the dw2pdf-plugin. After the export there is a "Video"-sign in the PDF as an active link / bookmark to the linked video. I was wondering if it would be possible to extend this feature a little bit:

• active link as it is
• link as QR-Code for offline-use of the pdf
• maybe a picture / "screeenshot" of the liked video
