how to train a dataset using a pre-trained model?

Hello, I'm about to do a pre-trained model in a language other than English with a dataset of about 15 hours, and I want these models to be pre-trained models to train smaller datasets, one hour or less, for example.
How can this be done? i guess i should copy the Tacotron and Forward pretrained model checkpoints into the subfolders of the checkpoints folder, would that work?
