Move away from keeping Fleet Bundles in the repo

We should move away from keeping "Day 2" related Fleet Bundles inside of the repo in favour of documenting how to dynamically generate the Bundle using the `fleet-cli`.

Doing this will reduce any possible copy/paste mistakes that might happen during the manual transfer of the files from the Fleet to the Bundle.
