What problem does the new feature solve?
Using open-source/free reranker models.
What does the feature do?
As per the docs (https://github.com/timescale/pgai/blob/main/projects/extension/docs/README.md), Ollama can only be used in embedding but can't be used for re-ranking. However, there are a few good open-source reranking models.
