Support two-faced traffic signs

I really love the traffic sign rendering of the software. One enhancement I'd like to suggest ist the support of traffic signs with two sides like here:

It seems to me that this tagging does not unambiguously describe a two-faced traffic sign. Wouldn't the tagging look identical if there was a separate pole with the traffic sign group DE:274.1[30];290.1 on the other side of the road (and facing in the opposite direction)?

That is true, so this is a bit more complicated than I thought. This can be made more explicit with traffic_sign:forward/backward:side=left/right/both with right being standard in countries with right hand traffic. But I don't know if you want to go into that direction for a rather unimportant feature.
