Bruno UI should remember layout on restart

It would be nice if Bruno remembered the width I set for the left pane and that I had the Chrome console open.

Even better, it would also be helpful if it remembered which collection I was working on, what tabs/requests I currently had open, and what I was focused on. (ie: was I last focused in the Tests tab)

If you need a reference for what this looks like, use Postman. Load a few collections, expand one, and open a request. You will note that after closing and reopening, the environment was exactly as you closed it.

This would be a nice usability feature for Bruno.
