LTI Error in Student View #229

Hello.
Our school currently uses Horstmann's CodeCheck exercises in our Canvas classes. I recently received instructions on how to embed CodeWorkout exercises in Canvas classes as well. However, when following the instructions, I found that the exercises don't show up in Student View in Canvas, I believe because our Canvas installation doesn't expose the student's email addresses (FERPA, I think). Here's what I see in student view.
