Hatch is a better all-in-one package management tool compared to Tox. We should use it for tests, builds, and publishing.

Regardless of tox vs nox vs hatch. I think we should port to uv and then either use tox-uv, nox-uv, or whenever uv support hatch has.

Yeah. As a note, Hatch utilizes UV under the hood.
